Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of late singer Elvis Presley, has publicly addressed rumours of a romance with her Dallas co-star, Patrick Duffy.
Presley, 78, had been the subject of reports that she harboured feelings for her former on-screen colleague after reuniting at a one-off event celebrating the cast of the US show.
But Presley was quick to put any speculation about possible romantic feelings towards Duffy to bed at a Q&A this week.
Despite playing high school sweethearts Bobby Ewing and Jenna Wade in Dallas, Presley made it clear what she thought of the reports romantically linking the two.
According to US news outlet People, Presley said this past weekend: "There’s this whole big thing out there that I love Patrick Duffy, and I’m reading this in a magazine that someone showed me yesterday.
"I’m going, 'This is unbelievable, really, this is so crazy.'"

She went on to address the aforementioned Dallas reunion and how it sparked the rumour mill, even though she was merely just pleased to see her former co-star for the first time in years.
"I hadn’t seen him in a long time, and it was a great reunion," Presley told the crowd at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
"Patrick told me how happy he was, and we talked to the audience, and they had questions for us and that’s it."
The rumours clearly caught Presley off-guard, especially given Duffy attended the reunion alongside his girlfriend Linda Purl.

Duffy has been dating Purl for almost four years after the pair struck up a romance in the summer of 2020.
He had been married to Carlyn Rosser for over four decades until she died in 2017.
Presley, on the other hand, was married to the King of Rock and Roll after the pair tied the knot at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas on May 1, 1967.
However, the pair legally divorced in 1973 after she'd embarked on an affair with her karate instructor.

Presley never remarried after their split but was in a 22-year romance with computer programmer Marco Garibaldi.
They shared one child, Navarone Garibaldi, while she also welcomed a daughter with Elvis - the late Lisa-Marie Presley who died in January 2023.
After her daughter's death, Presley and granddaughter Riley Keough faced reports of a feud over Lisa Marie's estate.
However, speaking in late-2023, Presley was keen to put those rift rumours to bed as she claimed she and Keough were on "good terms".
