Baftas 2026 red carpet LIVE: All the best looks as Hollywood A-listers descend on London for Bafta Awards

Host Alan Cumming was one of the first on the Baftas red carpet, sporting a striking new multi-coloured hairstyle.

Soon after, Made in Chelsea's Jamie Laing and Sophie Haboo made their entrance, closely followed by Hamnet's Emily Watson, who could bag an award this evening.

I Swear's Peter Mullan, Slow Horses star Ruth Bradley, and even Paddington Bear made early appearances.

Nominee Stellan Skarsgard also stepped foot on the red carpet among the early arrivals, as did Mr Bates Vs The Post Office star, Toby Jones

Best Supporting Actress nominee Odessa A'zion donned all black for the awards, as she arrived after bagging her first-ever Bafta nomination.

Elsewhere, Wagner Moura posed for snaps despite being snubbed in the Lead Actor category for The Secret Agent.

Kerry Washington struck a pose for the cameras upon her arrival, while fashion designer Pegah Pourmand donned one of the more striking outfits of the afternoon.

Meanwhile, Harry Potter star Warwick Davis was all smiles as he stopped for photos on the red carpet.

As the afternoon progressed, Hamlet and Sound of Metal star Riz Ahmed looked dapper as he posed for onlookers.

Stranger Things star Sadie Sink swapped the Upside Down for Southbank as she arrived for this year's awards.

One Battle After Another breakout star Chase Infiniti looked overjoyed upon her arrival. The youngster is up for two awards this evening.

Legendary Hollywood stalwart Glenn Close was all smiles as she stopped for photos, as was Adolescence actress Erin Doherty.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, Emma Stone and Jessie Buckley were among the final stars to arrive at the venue ahead of the ceremony.

Mr DiCaprio looked smart in a classic tuxedo, while his One Battle After Another co-star Teyana Taylor opted for a more daring ensemble.

Marty Supreme star Timothee Chalamet donned an all-black outfit, while Bugonia's Emma Stone looked stunning in her dress.

Paul Thomas Anderson's One Battle After Another tops this year's nominations with 14 nods, securing recognition in the best film, best director, best actor and best actress categories. The drama follows a former revolutionary on a quest to locate his missing teenage daughter.

Close behind with 13 nominations is Ryan Coogler's Sinners, a vampire action-horror centred on twin brothers played by Michael B Jordan who return home only to encounter a sinister presence awaiting them.

Marty Supreme and Hamnet each received 11 nominations, while Frankenstein secured eight nods. I Swear, the biographical drama chronicling Scottish Tourette's campaigner John Davidson, picked up five nominations.

Mr DiCaprio is nominated for best actor for his role in One Battle After Another, where he faces competition from Chalamet for Marty Supreme, Jordan for Sinners, and British rising star Robert Aramayo for I Swear.

Mr Aramayo stands as the sole British contender in the leading acting categories this year.

Ms Buckley is considered the favourite to claim best actress for her performance in Chloe Zhao's Hamnet, adapted from Maggie O'Farrell's acclaimed novel. She competes against Chase Infiniti and Rose Byrne, who stars in If I Had Legs I'd Kick You.

Stellan Skarsgård and Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas from Scandinavian drama Sentimental Value are tipped for the supporting prizes.

Mr Cumming takes on hosting duties this year, succeeding David Tennant who presented the ceremony in both 2024 and 2025.
