Heavy showers parts of across England and Wales mostly dying out. Light rain and drizzle affecting eastern Scotland and northeast England, whilst low cloud moves in off the North Sea. Clearer skies in the south with some fog patches forming.

Low cloud mostly breaking inland, though persisting across parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland with a little drizzle. Sunny spells for many with a few showers breaking out.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday

Largely fine with sunny spells, and increasingly warm, although some locally chilly nights. Cloudier with periods of rain, heavy and possibly thundery at times, in the far south.
