Rooms cost between $99,999 (around £81,842) and $249,999 (£204,600).
The cheapest rooms feature a virtual window and around 180 sq ft of living space.
More expensive cabins have more space, at around 200 sq ft, and a generously sized balcony.
Luxury is a priority, as the company states: "Each of these villas caters to different preferences and desires, ensuring that your coastal living experience is tailor-made to your liking.
"Whether you seek comfort, authenticity, or the ultimate in outdoor-indoor living, our villas provide the ideal setting to make your coastal dreams a reality."
There are also additional monthly fees starting at $2,499 (£2,180), but this covers food, drinks, housekeeping, medical support and laundry.
Guests who step on board can access luxury amenities including a spa, fitness centre, golf simulator, cooking classes, live entertainment as well as restaurants and pools.
