"Our 2027-2028 sailings provide incredible destination experiences to both first-time cruisers and cruising veterans."
The programme includes some brilliant enhancements for cruise lovers. Celebrity Edge will enjoy an extended Alaska season for 2027, marking its fourth year in the region but with a longer duration than before. This means more opportunities to get up close with towering glaciers and lush mountain landscapes.
European adventures get even better with more than 60 overnight stays planned across the season. Plus, there are over 115 port days lasting 12 hours or more, giving travellers plenty of time to dive deep into Europe's charming cities and coastal towns.
Seven ships will sail European waters, including three Edge Series vessels - Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent and Celebrity Apex. They'll visit over 90 iconic European destinations spread across 25 countries. Celebrity Apex returns to Southampton for its fourth season, offering Arctic Circle and Norwegian Fjords itineraries that showcase the region's natural wonders and rich history.
Japan takes centre stage with Celebrity Millennium homeporting from the centrally located Narita cruise terminal for its second season. This makes exploring Tokyo's city centre incredibly convenient for passengers wanting to discover Japan's historic and culturally rich cities, plus destinations in South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and China.
The real treat comes with Japan circumnavigation sailings that venture into the country's less-frequented northern regions. Travellers can enjoy hot springs and fresh seafood in Hakodate, or take nature hikes in Aomori.
A 12-night sailing from Tokyo showcases Kyoto's Shinto shrines and extraordinary gardens, Kochi's stunning natural beauty, and Kobe's culinary delights.
