You can also opt for a £125 discount on your monthly bills

Virgin Media will send you a 43-inch 4K TV for free if you switch to its latest broadband offers.

For a limited time, new and returning Virgin Media customers who switch to select full-fibre and television bundles can choose between a £125 discount on their monthly bills or a brand-new LG Smart TV.

If you pick the £125 bill credit, Virgin Media will automatically use the free cash to cut the cost of your bills ― meaning you won't pay a single bill for the first couple of months of your new contract.

This is a nice option if you already own a decent 4K TV and aren't looking for another flatscreen. Of course, you could always pick the telly and sell it as you might earn more than the bill credit is worth.

Whatever freebie takes your fancy, you'll need to place your order before May 27, 2026. Virgin Media can ditch the generous giveaway earlier if it runs out of stock of the LG Smart TV.

LG PRESS OFFICE

Virgin Media will reach out within 55 days of your service installation date — that's when the engineers visit your property and make sure that its fibre-optic cables and Wi-Fi router are correctly installed and everything is running smoothly – to find out the best address for the LG Smart TV delivery.

Once you've registered and submitted your delivery address, your TV will be sent within 30 days.

You can't use this promotion to claim more than one telly, so if someone else at your address has switched to Virgin Media and claimed the 4K TV... then you're out of luck. So those in a shared household will need to share the freebie. If you cancel your order within the first 55 days of your service installation date, you won't qualify for the reward.

To make its latest offer more tempting, Virgin Media has waived its usual £35 set-up fee — so switching to the fibre broadband provider will be completely free. Virgin Media says its one-off £35 payment is designed to cover the cost of any engineer visits or support for the duration of your 18-month contract.

Cinema Bundle

As the name suggests, this bundle arrives with over 200+ channels, including the complete Sky Cinema HD lineup, as well as Sky Atlantic, Comedy Central HD, TLC HD, Dave HD, and others you won't find on Freeview. Netflix Standard with Ads (worth £5.99) is also included in the package – and everything can be watched on the big screen with the included Virgin TV set-top box, or via your phone or tablet with the Virgin Media companion app. You’ll also get ultrafast fibre broadband with average download speeds of 362Mbps, and free weekend calls to UK numbers.

Sport Bundle

If you want to watch live sports, the Sport Bundle has got you covered. It comes with all 9 Sky Sports channels, including Main Event and F1, plus a selection of other premium channels, like Sky Atlantic, Comedy Central, MTV, TLC HD, and others. Netflix Standard with Ads (worth £5.99) is also included in the package alongside the speedy 362Mbps broadband connection and free weekend calls to UK numbers.

Sport + Cinema Bundle

As the name suggests, this combines the two bundles listed above. You'll take delivery of a Virgin TV set-top box with all Sky Sports and Sky Cinema channels in crisp HD, alongside over 210+ other premium and free-to-watch channels, like Comedy Central HD, MTV HD, TLC HD, Discovery HD, National Geographic, U&Alibi HD, Universal, and many more. If that isn’t enough to keep you occupied, there’s also a Netflix Standard with Ads subscription too. When it comes to broadband, expect a fibre connection with an average download speed of 516Mbps and free weekend calls.

Max Volt Bundle

There’s not a lot missing from this jam-packed bundle from Virgin Media. You’ll have over 230 paid- and free-to-watch channels on the TV 360 set-top box, as well as Sky Sports and Sky Cinema in HD. You'll also enjoy a Netflix Standard with Ads subscription (£5.99) too. It comes with one of the speedier broadband connections, with average download speeds topping Gig1 speeds, and an O2 Classic SIM card with an unlimited data allowance, unlimited calls and texts. You can also use that mobile allowance to roam in 75 destinations at no extra cost.

Following the merger between Virgin Media and O2 back in June 2021, anyone who signs-up for Virgin Media will be eligible for O2 Priority. The loyalty scheme offers discounted cinema tickets, coffees and lunch deals from the biggest high street chains, as well as early access to gig tickets.

There's a 14-day cooling off period with all of the above deals, so you'll be able to downgrade your bundle, tweak the fibre broadband speeds, or walk away entirely if you're not satisfied.

Virgin Media has its own nationwide broadband network, which is available in over 16 million homes. It's completely separate from BT-owned Openreach, which is used by broadband suppliers like BT, EE, Sky, TalkTalk, and Plusnet to connect customers to the internet.

Virgin Media uses a different technology, which offers download speeds of over 1,100Mbps at every address on its network. In comparison, Openreach is halfway through planned upgrades to connect millions of properties to next-generation full-fibre broadband.
