Discount ends at 11.59pm tonight

One of the best Sky TV deals available today isn't from Sky TV at all.

For a limited time, TalkTalk has slashed 50% off the cost of Sky Cinema and £119 off Sky Sports when you bundle either (or both) of these exclusive channels with its broadband.

TalkTalk is offering access to 1,000 films from Sky Cinema via NOW (formerly NOW TV) for just £4.99 per month. That’s 50% off the standard subscription cost of £9.99 per month.

And that's not all. You can also take delivery of the Sky Sports bundle via NOW for £25 per month — a generous discount from its RRP of £34.99.

You can lock-in both discounts for the next 12 months, saving a total of £60 on Sky Cinema and £119.88 on Sky Sports. Although the discount is available for an entire year, you're not signing up for a 12-month contract.

NOW offers access to Sky TV channels via a one-month rolling subscription, so you can cancel anytime.

Not only that, but TalkTalk TV bundles include NOW Boost for free, which unlocks HD picture quality and Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. This optional upgrade usually costs an extra £6 per month to bring the Sky TV-owned streaming service to up the same picture quality you'd expect from its Sky Stream boxes.

As well as the TalkTalk TV set-top box, you’ll be able to watch everything from Sky Cinema and Sky Sports on an additional two devices, like a smartphone, tablet, or Roku streaming box.

The NOW discount is only available until 11.59pm on April 17, 2024.

Order before that deadline, and TalkTalk will honour the discounts for the next 12 months. For the duration of your time with TalkTalk broadband, you’ll benefit from NOW Boost at no extra cost — so you don’t need to worry about your picture or sound quality getting a downgrade.

TalkTalk charges £5 per month for its TalkTalk TV Hub, which is a diddy set-top box that unlocks access to 70+ live channels available via Freeview, catch-up services from broadcasters like BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, as well as streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ from the Google Play Store. It supports 4K Ultra HD quality streams and Dolby Atmos sound too.

With Chromecast functionality baked into the box, you’ll be able to wirelessly beam movies, photos, and games from your phone, tablet or laptop to the big screen.

TalkTalk is powered by infrastructure from Openreach, which means that if you're able to connect to BT, EE, Plusnet, or Sky broadband, you'll be able to switch to TalkTalk.

TalkTalk charges £28 per month for its Full Fibre 100 plan, which offers 152Mbps average download speeds — that's twice as fast as the average home broadband speed in the UK. Unlike most other broadband suppliers, TalkTalk doesn't use its own W-Fi router, but sends out the award-winning Eero 6 mesh Wi-Fi system from Amazon (usually £109) to all customers to use instead.
