Amazon, Currys, Argos and mobile network EE have all cut the price of AirPods Pro 2 for the final few days of May.
For those who prefer to shop on Amazon, AirPods 2 Pro have never been cheaper than this so far this year. However, Black Friday shoppers last autumn were able to snag an extra £10 — pocketing the AirPods Pro 2 for a record-breaking £179.
The generous £40 savings available today still represents a strong saving.
The AirPods Pro 2 support a free software update, released earlier this year, that transforms these 'buds into clinical-grade hearing aids. Apple's Vice President of Health spoke about the life-changing benefits of this technology exclusively on GB News.

Head to the nearest Apple Store and you'll pay £229 for the same earbuds. However, Apple offers free laser engraving with a personal message, Memoji, or emoji characters — something that you can't get anywhere else, so it might be worth paying the extra £50 if you're dead-set on adding a personal touch to these wireless earbuds.
AirPods Pro are Apple's flagship wireless earbuds. These models boast Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that's twice as powerful as the first-generation models to effectively block out unwanted background noise, like the rumble of an aeroplane engine, the chug of the train tracks on your commute, or whirrrrr of the office printer behind your desk.

With the second-generation AirPods Pro, Apple added small speaker to the case, so that it can now emit a sound to help you find it when it's been misplaced. Both earbuds and the carry case can all be tracked individually via GPS in the Find My app preinstalled on all iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.
