The couple are already parents to three-year-old Rafael Nadal Jr and, in April, they shared the happy news that their family was growing.
Their new son, Miquel, was born on Thursday, and, according to Spanish outlet Ultima Hora, close family members visited the hospital the very next day to meet the new arrival.

Perello had embraced her pregnancy in the public eye, making appearances at events such as the Laureus Sports Awards in Madrid.
Her final public outing before giving birth was at Disneyland Paris, shortly after Nadal was honoured with a commemorative plaque at the French Open.
Although only a few days old, Miquel already holds a unique connection to Spanish royalty.
Earlier this year, King Felipe VI granted Nadal the hereditary aristocratic title Marquis of Llevant de Mallorca, in recognition of the tennis icon’s extraordinary contributions to sport and his home island.

The title can be passed down to his children, meaning Miquel will be eligible to inherit it in the future.
The 22-time Grand Slam champion has often spoken about his love for children and the joy fatherhood brings.
Reflecting on his journey after the birth of his first son, Nadal told E! News: “Everything surprises you because everything is new.
"Especially the first kid you have, everything is 100 per cent new for my wife and for me.

"You learn every day and every day is unexpected. I have always been a kids guy.
"I always enjoyed spending time with the kids, I had plenty of smaller cousins than me so I had a lot of fun with them when they were babies. I can say nothing negative.”
Nadal admitted that fatherhood has been a profound change to his life.
“It’s a radical change, no doubt about that," he added.
"I think everyone that’s a father or a mother knows that it’s a change. You have to adapt to it.
"It doesn’t change me for a simple fact, because I know what my partner thinks.
"It would change me if I had a partner that didn’t want to travel and wanted to stay in Mallorca all the time with my son.”
