Emma Raducanu is planning to miss a tennis tournament next week and instead return to the UK to analyse her early exit from the Qatar Open.
The 21-year-old was beaten in straight sets by Ukraine's Anhelina Kalinina on Monday to send her packing in the first round.
Raducanu has played in four tournaments since returning from injury in December but has not been able to get past the second round in any of them.
She won her first match since wrist and ankle surgery at the ASB Classic in Auckland before losing to Elina Svitolina in round two.

Raducanu was dumped out of the Australian Open in her second match by China's Wang Yafan, before going out at the same stage against Ons Jabeur at the Abu Dhabi Open last week.
Monday's first-round exit to Kalinina was perhaps the most worrying performance so far, as she hit 48 unforced errors in a straight-sets defeat.
Raducanu failed to win a game in the first set and, despite a spirited effort in the second, Kalinina edged through on a tie-break.
Sky Sports now claims that Raducanu will pass on the opportunity to play in the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships next week.
Raducanu would have required a wildcard entry for the event but she will now go back to London to go through her performances with her team.
Former Wimbledon winner Marion Bartoli believes there were some positive signs for Raducanu in the second set on Monday.
However, she believes a 'huge debrief' is needed after what was a disappointing display overall.
Bartoli said on Sky Sports: "I felt towards the end of the second set she was getting a little tired and they had two really long points when Emma was up 6-5 in the tie-break and you can see on the match point she was basically struggling physically, so it's all of that you have to take in.
"A huge debrief has to be done with her team as to what's going on now that she's been able to play a few tournaments back to back and really come up with a plan because you can see some of the shots are still there.
"You can see that if she put it together she has absolutely the potential to come back in that top 10 but a lot of work needs to be done."
Former British No 1 Laura Robson says the number of unforced errors from Raducanu is unsustainable moving forward.
Robson said: "48 unforced errors - that's where you start when you debrief the match. That's a sign of a very tough day in the office.

"How do you cut the number down in future matches? And yes, she did bring the number down as the match went on but it was almost a bit too late because Kalinina had a bit too much confidence in her backhand as the match went on. That was really the story.
"As soon as Kalinina was able to rip the backhand cross-court, Emma wasn't able to get enough width on her forehand and that affects the depth."
Raducanu believes her struggles will be eased with the more matches she plays.
However, the 2021 US Open Champion admits she needs to organise her schedule better.

Raducanu said: "I just struggled with the timing of the ball to be honest. I think it's going to come with more time, practising as well as matches.
"I think it's going to come with time, practising and its hard for me to get used to just the tour schedule, it's just like: tournament, back, tournament just straight away.
"So I think that I need to schedule my tournaments a bit better as well as just trying to get some more matches under my belt.
"I think that I'm just going to go home and practise and we'll see where it goes from there."
