The 19-year-old Brazilian sensation will face quite the challenge against the six-time Grand Slam champion.
Raducanu will battle Amanda Anisimova, who reached finals at both Wimbledon and the US Open this year.
Both matches will follow a best-of-three format, with any deciding set played as a 10-point tiebreaker.
The format keeps things exciting whilst ensuring the evening doesn't run too late for spectators at this historic venue.
For Anisimova, it's a homecoming of sorts. The Florida native expressed her delight: "Playing in my hometown at loanDepot park with these stars is going to be incredible. Miami always delivers the biggest events, and I can't wait for December!"

The Miami showcase isn't the only exhibition on their December calendar. Just one day earlier, on December 7, both stars will perform at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Alcaraz will face Frances Tiafoe whilst Raducanu takes on Anisimova again in what promises to be another thrilling evening on America's East Coast.
These back-to-back exhibitions mean the pair have significantly reduced their winter break. Coming just three weeks after the ATP Tour Finals, they'll have precious little downtime before preparations begin for the 2026 Australian Open.
It's a packed schedule, but fans certainly won't be complaining about seeing more of these tennis superstars in action.
