Annabel Croft has opened up after Emma Raducanu powered her way into the third round of Wimbledon on Wednesday with an emphatic victory over former champion Marketa Vondrousova.
Raducanu had gone into the showdown hoping to lay down a marker as she looks to win just the second singles title of her career.
And the 22-year-old was nothing short of outstanding, with the Briton winning 6-3, 6-3 to progress to the third round of the tournament.
Next up for Raducanu is a tough test against Aryna Sabalenka, who is the No 1 seed for the tournament.

Yet Croft, speaking to the BBC, believes Sabalenka will find it 'worrying' that her next opponent is starting to rediscover her mojo.
"That's quite a statement Emma Raducanu has put out on this court," the former tennis star told the BBC.
"And I think quite worrying for Aryna Sabalenka because she's going to be facing Raducanu playing at her best.
"If she can come out playing anything close to that level again, I mean she may not be allowed to play like that because Sabalenka is going to bring a lot of power to the court, but Sabalenka is capable of spraying balls around."

There have, however, been significant signs of improvement so far this year with the 22-year-old starting to get back to her best.
Raducanu opened up after her win over Vondrousova and admitted she was pleased with how she performed.
The youngster said: "I think today I played really, really well. There were some points that I have no idea how I turned around.

"I knew playing Marketa was going to be an incredibly difficult match.
"She has won this tournament which is a huge achievement. I'm really pleased with how I played my game the whole way through.
"I knew today I had to be aggressive because if I pushed the ball around Vondrousova would beat me.
"Mark [Petchey] has helped me a lot, everyone in that box. The support was incredible and I felt it today. The atmosphere was electric."

Raducanu and Sabalenka have faced off just once in their respective careers so far.
The world No 1 won that match - but Raducanu says she's looking forward to locking horns with her 27-year-old rival on Friday.
Discussing Sabalenka, she said: "She is No 1 in the world right now, so dominant on the tour and has won literally everything so and it is going to be a really difficult match.
"I'm just so happy with how I performed and all I can do is control my side of the court as best as possible.
