An icon of the sport has recalled a hilarious meeting with the Prince of Wales
Rugby star Dan Biggar has recalled a hilarious story involving Rob Evans, who apparently 'dropped his towel' in front of Prince William after the royal visited the team.
Biggar is currently on a book tour, with the 34-year-old opening up on numerous tales from his glittering career.
The Wales icon, according to the Daily Mail, recently 'brought the house down' as he recalled meeting William when he entered their dressing room after a huge win in 2019.
Speaking in Penarth, he claimed team-mate Evans came out of the shower and boldly dropped his towel in directly in front of William.

He says his former team-mate then unflinchingly said: "Alright Wills, how's it going butt?"
That, certainly, takes some guts.
Though the match in question isn't specified, it was likely after Wales beat Ireland to secure a Six Nations Grand Slam back in 2019.
The Prince of Wales joined players in the dressing room after that showdown, with images showing the royal posing with the likes of Evans, Liam Williams and Hadleigh Parkes.

Only three players have made more appearances for Wales than Biggar over the years.
The legendary fly-half's total of 112 appearances for his country is nine less than third-placed George North.
Gethin Jenkins turned out for his country 129 times before hanging up his boots in 2018.
But Alun Wyn Jones is clear of the rest, with the 39-year-old featuring 158 times prior to quitting the sport in March this year.

Meanwhile, Biggar walked away from rugby after Wales failed to win the Rugby World Cup last year.
The 34-year-old is still going strong at club level, where he represents Toulon.
Speaking earlier this month, as he promoted his autobiography, the rugby icon admitted he didn't think there was much left to achieve in the game.
And he also revealed he was enjoying dabbling in punditry and media work, too, as his time in the sport draws to a close.
