The controversy has thrust the athlete into public scrutiny, with questions arising about eligibility requirements in women's strength sports.
The Official Strongman Games has since clarified its position on competitor eligibility based on biological sex.
Hailey Sikman and Jade Dickens, who competed at the Texas event, have revealed their encounters with Booker to the Daily Mail during the championship.
Both athletes maintained that participants were unaware of Booker's gender identity throughout the competition.
"I was beyond mad," Dickens told Fox News Digital. "Had I known, I definitely would have done something about it, personally would have done something about it prior to the event being over. But nobody knew. Nobody knew he was a man."
Sikman attempted a conversation with Booker but found her unresponsive. "I tried to talk to him, and he kind of just blew me off," she said. "A lot of other women were saying he was just being arrogant and talking s***."
Dickens said: "I didn't personally speak to him. He was actually pretty quiet. In my opinion, the reason he didn't talk much was because his voice would have revealed he was male."
