LIV Golf travels to Las Vegas this week after a strong start to its new season last time out.

Fans attending LIV Golf Las Vegas this week have a host of options available to them to take in the action and a lucky few will even get to play the course with some pros - but it won't come cheap.

LIV went toe-to-toe with the PGA Tour last week as its season-opening event in Mayakoba took place on the same weekend as the Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

While the viewing numbers were still hugely in the PGA's favour, there was promising growth for LIV from 12 months ago.

They'll be hoping for similar numbers this week at its flagship event in Las Vegas while the PGA Tour travels to Phoenix for the popular Waste Management Open.

The tournament at TPC Scottsdale is one of the most popular events on the PGA Tour with the par-three 16th hole an iconic hole.

LIV have been attempting to replicate that with their own 'party hole', which they've brought with them to Las Vegas.

Tickets for LIV Golf Las Vegas start at just $47.04 (£37.23) while booking a spot at the party hole will cost at least $190.55 (£150.83).

The most expensive ticket for the weekend comes in at a whopping $3,627.96 for the ultimate 'All-Access Hospitality' for all three days of the event.

But a select few have the chance to walk side-by-side with players such as Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka in the exclusive pro-am event.

Fans get the chance to play with one pro on the front nine and a different pro on the back nine - or the same pro for the full 18 holes.

However, fans will have to stump up a whopping $10,000 (£7,915) to do so.

Pro-Ams in professional golf tournaments are usually an exclusive affair and LIV Golf Las Vegas pales in comparison to the cost involved at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Only an invite can secure you a spot in the Pebble Beach event - and after that, you'll still be asked to cough up $25,000 (£19,790).

LIV is hoping to cash in on the Super Bowl being hosted in Las Vegas this week.

The Las Vegas Country Club is just six miles away from Sunday's Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium.

Phil Mickelson believes this is the perfect week for LIV Golf to put on a show.

“LIV Golf Las Vegas is an opportunity to showcase what LIV Golf can bring to the U.S," he said.

"In the U.S., our demographic is much younger than the traditional golf fan.

"To be in Las Vegas the week of the Super Bowl, that’s the demographic we’re trying to hit.”

Bryson DeChambeau echoed Mickelson's remarks, adding: “It’s going to be a special event.

“There’s going to be a lot of buzz around the city. It’s going to be a fun-filled event. It’s going to be electric.”
