Luke Littler returns to Premier League action next week when the event moves to Glasgow.

Luke Littler will get another chance at maintaining his 100 per cent record over Gerwyn Price next week in the third Premier League night of the season.

The teenage darts sensation has proven to be as much a revelation on the seniors tour as he was at the World Championship.

He marked his World Series debut in Bahrain by winning the whole event before making the final of the Dutch Masters a week later.

His display at the Alexandra Palace also earned him a spot in darts' most exclusive event.

Littler has defeated world No 1 Luke Humphries twice as well as former world champion Rob Cross so far while suffering narrow defeats to Michael Smith and Michael van Gerwen.

The Premier League season moves to Scotland next week and the first round ties could prove tasty.

Littler will go up against Welshman Price, who is yet to defeat the teenager in his previous two competitive meetings.

The 17-year-old beat Price at both World Series events in Bahrain and Den Bosch.

Price is a big fan of what Littler has done for the sport as a whole with darts viewership reaching new heights this season.

But the 'Iceman' is desperate to end his losing streak to Littler and issued a warning to his new rival recently.

Price said: "I love him, I think he's great for darts. I mean how many people are watching now? So many are now interested in the sport and fair play to him.

"But yeah, I will beat him soon!"

There already appears to be a good relationship between the two with both of them sharing a laugh at the other's expense.

And Littler clearly isn't afraid to ruffle some feathers either as he aimed a cheeky dig at Price in a recent feature on Sky Sports' YouTube channel.

When asked who he thought was darts' 'biggest moaner', Littler said with a smile: "I'll probably go Gezzy, Gerwyn Price.

"Even when I beat him he goes on Instagram and 'if someone can give me a double I'd win every game'.

"I just thought, okay."

Cross also agreed with Littler's selection, sticking the knife even further into Price.

"Gezzy likes moaning," he said.

"The other day he missed a few doubles, I have to get the world's smallest violin out. It's not good for business."
