The five-time UFC champion has faced mounting legal troubles, including a November verdict finding him civilly liable for sexually assaulting a woman in a Dublin hotel in December 2018.
McGregor, who is appealing that verdict, was ordered to pay €248,603.60 (around £215,000) in compensation to Nikita Hand.
He also faces a civil lawsuit for sexual battery following an alleged incident at a 2023 NBA Finals game in Miami.
The latest scandal comes after the UFC star confirmed his intent to return to the octagon, following US President Donald Trump's announcement the White House would host an event next year.
The Irishman would likely fight Michael Chandler.
