Dee Devlin has posted a photograph featuring herself, Conor McGregor and their four children at a water park, marking her first public response to mounting speculation about their relationship status.
The image, shared on Monday, shows the couple embracing whilst surrounded by their children - Conor Jr, eight, Croia, six, Rian, four, and 20-month-old Mack - during their current holiday in Sardinia.
The family portrait emerges as those close to the 37-year-old express growing concern about her wellbeing following McGregor's latest controversies.
Despite presenting a unified appearance in the photograph, with both partners smiling broadly for the camera, sources familiar with the situation suggest the reality behind closed doors differs significantly from these public displays of togetherness.

Those familiar with Devlin's circumstances have revealed she is "not happy" despite maintaining public solidarity with the MMA fighter, according to sources who spoke to The Mail.
"We are being told to believe that this is a happy, loving relationship behind all the headlines. I think a lot of things clearly point to the fact that she is not," one source stated.

The insider expressed particular worry about Devlin's capacity to cope, noting: "From early on in the relationship, she has had a great deal to cope with. I would be very concerned with how much she can take."
A family friend described Devlin as "your typical girl next door" who "always puts a positive spin on things," whilst acknowledging the humiliation caused by McGregor's behaviour.
The 37-year-old former UFC champion has faced fresh allegations this month after being photographed embracing an unidentified woman on a Fort Lauderdale beach whilst Devlin remained absent.
The woman, wearing leopard print swimwear, was seen sharing McGregor's sun lounger as he placed his arm around her, with the pair conversing in full view of other beachgoers.
Further controversy erupted when rapper Azealia Banks, 34, posted what she claimed were unsolicited nude photographs from McGregor on X, formerly Twitter.
Banks alleged the images showed McGregor's genitals, including one apparently depicting his manhood attached to a dumbbell with the caption "Lifting weights."
She accused him of sexual harassment, writing: "How you gonna send a b**** some crooked d pics then threaten her not to tell."
The screenshots also allegedly showed a message reading: "Don't be a rat cos all rats get caught."

Financial considerations appear to play a significant role in the relationship dynamics, with sources revealing McGregor now provides complete financial support for Devlin.
"He has also made it very clear he is bankrolling her now, which plays a huge part in the dynamic of their relationship - and makes it almost impossible for her to leave," an insider told The Sun.
The source added that Devlin "quietly accepts his behaviour" and her presence since the relationship's inception means "she's always willing to move on."
Another insider suggested this financial arrangement has fundamentally altered their relationship balance, whilst her longstanding loyalty ensures "she'll stick with him, even if he pushes her loyalty in return."

The couple became engaged in August 2020 after McGregor proposed during his birthday celebrations.
The couple's relationship began in 2008 when they encountered each other at a Dublin nightclub where Devlin worked behind the bar.
Their romance developed through online messaging before McGregor had achieved fame in combat sports, at a time when he had recently abandoned his plumbing apprenticeship to pursue mixed martial arts.
Devlin, who grew up in Walkinstown close to McGregor's Crumlin roots, supported him whilst working as a waitress and model before his UFC breakthrough.
McGregor previously stated his motivation for entering professional fighting: "I'm doing this to secure my family's future and Dee's future. One day, I want myself and Dee to be able to chill on a beach and not have any worry in the world."
The couple welcomed their first child, Conor Jr, in 2017, followed by Croia in 2019, Rian in 2021, and Mack in November 2023.
