Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump relationship update after arrest of golf legend

A source told People: "Vanessa and Tiger are in love."

The former model, 48, continues to back the 50-year-old professional golfer through his difficulties.

She is very supportive of his golf endeavors because despite his age and injuries, the sport dominates Woods' life.

“They are good together as they both have golf in their lives. That propels the romance in a certain sense," they added.

Woods' 17-year-old son Charlie Axel is an active player, whilst he also has an 18-year-old daughter, Sam Alexis, from his previous marriage to Elin Nordegren.

Trump's children share similar sporting interests, with daughters Kai, 18, and Chloe, 11, both taking to the fairways.

She has five children in total with her former husband Donald Trump Jr, including three sons: Donald III, 17, Tristan, 14, and Spencer, 13.

Woods has endured significant physical setbacks, having undergone his seventh back operation last autumn and suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon twelve months ago.

"She has her hands full sometimes, but Vanessa also has a life of her own and children to care for so she isn't around it all the time," the insider said.

The mother of five remains content in the relationship.

Woods made his return to competitive golf just three days prior to his arrest, having last completed four full rounds at The Masters in April 2024.

It's unclear whether he'll play or not, though Trump would stand behind whatever choice he makes.

Woods has won the Masters five times, trailing only Jack Nicklaus’s record of six green jackets.

His historic victories occurred in 1997, 2001, 2002, 2005, and miraculously in 2019 after severe injuries.

Beyond his championship tally, Woods holds several remarkable Augusta National records.

In 1997, he became the youngest champion ever aged 21, winning by an astonishing 12 strokes.

Additionally, he shares the tournament's all-time low score of 18 under par.
