West Brom have sacked Ryan Mason as their head coach after a poor run of games left the club 18th in the Championship.
They have become the fifth British club in six days to dismiss their manager.
Mason, who lasted seven months in the role, suffered a stoppage-time defeat at Leicester on Monday.
It was the team’s 10th away defeat in a row.

Mason's assistant Nigel Gibbs has also left the club.
The Baggies are away to Swansea City in the FA Cup on Sunday in their next fixture.
They don't have another league fixture until Middlesbrough visit The Hawthorns on January 16.
West Brom released a statement to confirm the news.

The club said: "The club would like to place on record its thanks to Ryan, Nigel and Sam for their efforts and wishes all three the very best for the future.
"First-team coach James Morrison will oversee first-team affairs on an interim basis until a new staff is appointed."
Mason was appointed on a three-year deal after holding a variety of roles at Tottenham, including interim manager and assistant to Ange Postecoglou.
He remained in the role for just 26 games.
Ryan Mason has previously been caretaker manager of Tottenham | PAHe began his tenure with three wins and a draw from his first four league matches.
However, after the short-lived manager bounce, Mason's side won only six of his next 22 games and four of his last five fixtures ended in defeat.
He leaves the club seven points above the relegation zone and 10 points adrift of the playoffs.
Since Tony Pulis left West Brom in 2017 only one of their nine managers, Carlos Corberán, has overseen more than 100 games.

Despite winning the Premier League Manager of the Month award for November 2025, Chelsea decided to part ways with Enzo Maresca on New Year's Day.
Jimmy Thelin was then dismissed by Scottish club Aberdeen FC on January 4 after 18 months in charge following a 1-0 defeat to Falkirk that left the club 8th in the Scottish Premiership.
Rúben Amorim was sacked by Manchester United the following day after 14 months in charge.
On the same day, Wilfried Nancy was forced to leave Celtic after only 33 days, following the pattern of brutal New Year's Eve axes.
