Tottenham have issued a stern warning to fans regarding homophobic chants, emphasising their zero-tolerance approach to discriminatory behaviour.
The club has specifically addressed a chant referencing Dominic Solanke and Mikel Arteta, which contains a 'homophobic slur'.
In an email sent to season-ticket holders ahead of their fixture against West Ham, Spurs reiterated their commitment to taking "the strongest possible action" against individuals involved in such chanting.
The club's proactive stance comes in the wake of incidents reported during their recent away match at Old Trafford.

"Our stewards will once again be wearing body cams to identify any individuals involved in unacceptable chanting," the club stated.

Tottenham clarified that this includes "the Dominic Solanke chant with reference to Mikel Arteta and any use of the term 'Rent Boy'".
The club emphasised that the Crown Prosecution Service considers such language a homophobic slur and hate crime.

Tottenham's warning follows a previous incident during their 4-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
After that match, the club released a statement condemning the "abhorrent homophobic chanting" from sections of their away support.
Spurs vowed to work closely with police and stewards to identify those responsible, promising "the strongest possible action" in accordance with their Sanctions and Banning Policy.
