Roman Kemp came under fire from Sky Sports viewers after the introduction of new show 'Premier League Friday', with the former radio host as the lead presenter.
One viewer branded the show 'utter woke b******s' with the new show taking place three hours before the first Premier League match of the season.
Liverpool take on Bournemouth as they kickstart their Premier League title defence at Anfield at 8:00PM with Sky Sports heralding a new campaign by increasing their live coverage to 215 matches.

Roman Kemp was Sky Sports' rogue choice to front their new flagship programme 'Premier League Friday'

Every week at 5:00PM on Friday, Sky Sports will broadcast 'Premier League Friday' with Kemp presenting - a two-hour show that will usually conclude before that night's match.
However, not everyone is convinced by the 32-year-old, who is the son of Martin Kemp, the bassist in the new wave band Spandau Ballet.
Kemp was joined on the sofa by former Premier League footballers Carlton Cole and Andy Carroll.
There was also a segment including 'fanalysts', with fans from Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
Viewers were left furious with the coverage, which has been heralded by Sky Sports as a 'ground-breaking' project.

One viewer said: "So the new sky big build up on a Friday night has the superstar host “Roman Kemp” and the a whole bunch of Fanalyst’s.
"What a low bar, they must be so cheap to employ. Man City “Fanalyst” says city are going to win with no analysis of the rest of the premier league…"
Another wrote on social media site X: "Why the f*** would you give Roman Kemp a football show, when he clearly hasn't got a clue what he's on about. This is absolutely awful tv."
A third said: "What in the name of holy f*** is this woke b******s? Roman Kemp and shite YouTubers @SkySports. Utter b******ks - won’t be renewing my subscription."

However, not everyone disagreed with Kemp's style, with another viewer writing: "Roman Kemp on Sky Sports. Someone with actual TV experience and not an influencer. More of it please, Sky!"
