Richard Keys and Andy Gray are poised to conclude their 13-year tenure at beIN Sports when the current Premier League campaign draws to a close - and are considering whether to quit TV altogether.
The veteran broadcasting pair, now aged 68 and 70 respectively, have reached a mutual agreement with the Qatar-based network not to extend their contracts beyond this season.
Reports indicate both men intend to relocate back to Britain following their departure.
Perhaps most significantly, neither Keys nor Gray is expected to continue working in television upon their return to these shores, suggesting the duo may be stepping away from broadcasting altogether after decades in front of the camera.

Gray was dismissed from Sky Sports after recordings emerged of him making sexist comments about assistant referee Sian Massey. Keys subsequently resigned when his own involvement in the controversy came to light.
Barney Francis, Sky's managing director at the time, described the remarks as "inexcusable."
Keys has since maintained he was the victim of a deliberate plot. "It was a set-up, of course it was," he stated.
"That anger that I carry in my back pocket, I will never, ever put away."
