The Premier League final day has plenty of moving parts on May 24, with 10 games all kicking off at 4pm and four teams still having a chance of a European competition.
The current top four, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Aston Villa, are already confirmed to play the Champions League next season.
Liverpool can still leapfrog their way back into the top four, with victory over Brentford and if Villa lose to Manchester City.
The remaining picture will see fans across the grounds anxiously checking their phones and making calls to see if they have qualified for Europe.

AFC Bournemouth
AFC Bournemouth have the possibility of playing in either the Champions League or the Europa League.
To qualify for the Champions League, the Cheeries have two routes. The outside punt is winning their game by a large margin against Nottingham Forest on the final day and hoping Liverpool loses to Brentford by enough goals to have a better goal difference than the Reds and overtake them into fifth.
The alternative route is either drawing or winning their game and finishing sixth, praying that Villa finish fifth by losing to Manchester City and claiming the Europa League against Freiburg, which hands a Champions League spot down a position to sixth.
The Cherries are already guaranteed Europa League, so a loss to Forest could see them drop down a position if Brighton beats Manchester United at the Amex Stadium, but Bournemouth will be playing in Europe.

Brighton and Hove Albion
The Seagulls have many moving parts to their European qualification, with them needing a result against United or face the risk of missing out on Europe altogether.
A win guarantees Europa League for Fabian Hurzeler's side, with the possibility of finishing in the top six.
A draw means the Seagulls will be nervously looking over their shoulders, hoping Brentford lose to Liverpool and Chelsea, who are playing Sunderland, draw to keep Europa League.
Should Brentford lose and the Blues beat Sunderland, it will mean Brighton will play in the Europa Conference League.
If Sunderland beat Chelsea and the Bees lose, Brighton will still have the Europa League because of their vastly superior goal difference to the Black Cats.
Should Brentford win and Chelsea draw with Sunderland, Brighton will drop down to the Europa Conference League, above the Blues by one point.
A loss means the Seagulls will need Chelsea and Sunderland to draw and Brentford to lose.
The route that sees them fall out of the European places altogether is the Bees beating Liverpool at Anfield and either Chelsea or Sunderland winning at the Stadium of Light.

With their victory over Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea have given themselves a shot at European qualification, occupying eighth place heading into the final day.
A win against Sunderland could see them finish in the Europa League if Brighton loses or draws, but guarantees the Europa Conference League.
A draw means the Blues could still finish in the Europa League if Brighton loses against Manchester United by a two-goal margin and Brentford loses or draws against Liverpool.
Should Brighton win or draw, Chelsea will be hoping the Bees do not win, or they will miss out on the Europa Conference League.
A loss sees the Blues miss out on Europe entirely, as Sunderland will leapfrog Chelsea in the table.

Despite having a wayward season, the Blues can still qualify for Europe

Brentford have been pursuing Europe throughout this whole campaign, enjoying a fabulous first season under Keith Andrews after Thomas Frank's departure.
The Bees have to win and see Brighton draw or lose to United, and Chelsea draw or lose to Sunderland, which will see Europa League football played at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Brighton beating the Red Devils and Chelsea losing or drawing will have the Bees playing in the Europa Conference League next season. This is vice versa with Chelsea; should they beat Sunderland and the Seagulls lose to United.
If the Bees draw, it is effectively no good, as any result from Chelsea against Sunderland sees one of them finish above Brentford, and Brighton have to lose by a six-goal margin.
A loss means Brentford miss out on Europe entirely.

Sunderland have given themselves a slim chance thanks to their victory against Everton, but will have to beat Chelsea on the final day to qualify for Europe.
A win for the Black Cats and a loss for Brighton and Brentford sees Sunderland make it into the Europa League.
Should Brighton win and Brentford lose or draw, Sunderland will play in the Europa Conference League.
If Brentford and Brighton both win, nothing the Black Cats can do will qualify them for Europe.
The task is far simpler for Sunderland fans compared to other teams with their potential routes; they know they have to win.

The relegation battle is a fairly simple picture: West Ham must beat Leeds United, and Tottenham Hotspur must lose to Everton at home for the Hammers to stay up. Any other result and Spurs stay up.
While Newcastle United, Everton and Fulham can all mathematically finish on the same points as either Chelsea or Brentford, due to the contest between the Blues and Sunderland, none of these sides can qualify for Europe, as any result from that game will see one of them finish with more points than the trio.
Crystal Palace still have the chance of being in Europe again if they beat Rayo Vallecano in the Europa Conference League final.
That win will mean the Eagles will play in the Europa League and potentially see nine English sides in Europe.
