Paris Saint-Germain star Fabian Ruiz, 29, was burgled while celebrating his team's historic Champions League victory at the weekend.
Early on Monday morning two suspects broke into the 29-year-old’s residence while players and supporters continued to line the streets in celebration.
After the alarm was set off, police were alerted and raced to the scene and arrested two minors at the property.
Ruiz is not the first victim of a robbery attempt in Paris, with PSG teammate William Pacho also suffering the same struggles while he was away on international duty with Ecuador in March.

A police source told Le Parisien: “We found the player's home in total disorder.
“The two minors had rummaged through every room before we caught them red-handed.”
The burglary attempt comes after PSG's first Champions League trophy in their history, and it led to widespread celebrations across the country.

But one thing Ruiz's house will not be short of is winners’ medals.
The Spaniard joined the Parisians for a £20million fee from Napoli in 2022.
Since then, he has won the Champions League, three league titles and a further four domestic trophies.
Additionally, the Spaniard played a crucial role in Spain’s Euro 2024 triumph, as well as helping them to Nations League glory a year prior.
