Neymar left European football to join Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal last summer.
Former Brazil star Gilberto Silva feels it's 'not impossible' Neymar could join Arsenal this summer from the Saudi Pro League.
Neymar's career has stagnated ever since he left Barcelona in 2017 with injuries keeping him out of action.
The Brazilian icon spent six seasons in the French capital before leaving European football to join the Saudi Pro League last summer.
He was among a host of big-name footballers across Europe who took up the option of the mega-money on offer in the Middle East.

Neymar joined the likes of Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, Malcom and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic at Al Hilal and they went on to win the Saudi Pro League.
The 32-year-old suffered an ACL injury and only played three games for the side and is still recovering from surgery.
But there has already started to be players leaving Saudi Arabia and returning to European football and Gilberto, who was part of Arsenal's Invincibles squad, feels Neymar could be next.
"I’d love to see Neymar in the Premier League with Arsenal," he told Bet365.
"It would bring a lot of joy to fans and make the competition even more special.
"When you look at the Premier League, we want to see the best players in the world, and to have him around would be great.
"Let’s see. It’s not impossible that he could join Arsenal, why not."
Neymar has previously named Arsenal as one of the Premier League clubs he would consider joining.

"I admire Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool - these are the teams that are always there fighting."
