Barcelona's comeback was sparked by 17-year-old Lamine Yamal, who scored a brilliant solo effort.
The match marked Yamal's 100th appearance for Barcelona, during which he has scored 22 goals and provided 33 assists.
His record far outpaces the early careers of both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo at similar ages, with Barcelona earning a draw following an own goal from Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer.
