Emile Heskey believes Thomas Tuchel faces the same problem as former England managers, with the German yet to truly make his mark following his arrival.
When Tuchel arrived in January, hopes were high that he'd take the Three Lions to new heights.
Yet England have struggled for consistency under their new manager, even if results have been good enough.
England have one of the best squads in world football. When everybody is fully fit they can rely on A-listers such as Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Cole Palmer to deliver the goods.

Despite that, however, the Three Lions have failed to win a trophy since the World Cup in 1966.
Heskey believes Tuchel has a big job on his hands getting England players to deliver, much like many of his predecessors.
Speaking to Tribal Football via Casino.org, the trusted guide to UK casinos, he said: "I think Tuchel has the same problem other England managers have faced.
"You have a group of highly talented players, but it’s then getting them to put their club form into performing for their country.

"At the same time, Tuchel needs to ensure he gets the players comfortable in the team to be able to perform at their best and in the team.
"Gareth Southgate used a style of man management to do this and then ensured the group was all connected to be able to perform for England.
"With the current set of fixtures over the next few months Tuchel can look to try different options, but he must get wins.
"He must get the team to win well, score goals and defend well.

England are expected to go strong for Saturday's clash with Andorra

"Looking at the squad we have Noni [Madueke], Marcus [Rashford] and Ollie [Watkins] in to support Kane, so offensively, we need to get the players to perform.
"Kane is still our main striker but others can look to work well with him."
For years, England have failed to win any trophies despite having top players in every position.

They came close under Gareth Southgate, reaching the finals of Euro 2020 and Euro 2024.
However, the Three Lions ultimately came up short with Italy and Spain respectively inflicting heartbreak on those occasions.
England go into Saturday night's match with Andorra at Villa Park hoping to bounce back after a chastening 3-1 defeat to Senegal last time out.
