The England star has her sights set on a TV debut after the Euros final

Lionesses star Chloe Kelly has revealed she has ambitions to be on TV when the Euros conclude on Sunday.

The England forward has expressed her desire to participate in reality television programmes I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! or Dancing on Ice.

Kelly's revelation comes fresh from her crucial penalty conversion against Italy in the European Championship semi-final, which guaranteed England's progression to the tournament finale. The 27-year-old striker indicated she would "love" to feature on either programme.

Her reality television ambitions follow in the footsteps of former England international Jill Scott, who claimed victory in the 2022 edition of I'm A Celebrity.

Kelly expressed particular respect for Scott's achievement in the Australian jungle, though she harbours reservations about her own potential performance. "I don't think I would do as well," she admitted, describing the 38-year-old former midfielder as "so bubbly" whilst noting how "the challenges didn't phase her."

Regarding the prospect of competing on Dancing on Ice, Kelly acknowledged a significant obstacle. The footballer confessed she "can't ice skate" but demonstrated optimism about acquiring the necessary abilities, stating she "can learn" the skill.

These reality television aspirations represent a potential post-football venture for Kelly, who has established herself as a prominent figure in women's football through her performances for both club and country.

The Arsenal player shared these aspirations during an appearance on The Lionesses Podcast.

The Arsenal forward will celebrate her first wedding anniversary with Scott Moore mere days after the Euro 2025 final concludes. The couple exchanged vows at Merrydale Manor in Cheshire during the previous summer, having become engaged under the Northern Lights in late 2023.

Moore has travelled to Switzerland with Kelly's family members to support her during the tournament. "He's my best friend," Kelly stated, expressing gratitude for the presence of her spouse, father and brother.

Despite the approaching milestone, Kelly confessed to being unprepared for the occasion. "I haven't even got a card, to be honest," she revealed, suggesting her mother might assist with arrangements whilst expressing confidence that Moore had likely made preparations.
