American hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg has made an unexpected entrance into Celtic's managerial debate, urging the Glasgow giants to reappoint Ange Postecoglou whilst signalling his readiness to become an investor at the club.
The 54-year-old rapper, who already holds a minority stake in Championship side Swansea City, told Scotland's Daily Record that Celtic's hierarchy need only extend an invitation for him to consider financial involvement.
"Celtic is a huge club and fans want to see the best players playing in this great stadium. All the owners have got to do is ask," the musician stated.
His comments arrive as Celtic seek a permanent replacement for Brendan Rodgers, with Snoop Dogg insisting supporters would welcome Postecoglou's return to Paradise.

Despite these successes under O'Neill's stewardship, Snoop Dogg maintains that supporters yearn for Postecoglou's return to the dugout.
The Australian coach delivered remarkable success during his Glasgow tenure from 2021 to 2023.
He captured two Scottish Premiership crowns and orchestrated a domestic treble in his final campaign before departing for Tottenham Hotspur.
Postecoglou became available last month following his dismissal from Nottingham Forest, timing that coincides with Celtic's search for permanent leadership.
"I love sport, and in sport players leave, coaches leave, and you move on," Snoop Dogg told the Daily Record.
"You got to give Martin O'Neill big respect, he is coming back when we need him. I think you got to bring Ange back."
The rapper acknowledged the board's autonomy whilst emphasising supporter sentiment: "The club are going to do what they are going to do, but the fans would love to see him back."

The rapper's football portfolio expanded earlier this year when he acquired a stake in Swansea City.
His involvement extends beyond mere ownership, having launched the Welsh club's home kit and established a clothing collaboration through his Death Row Records label.
Regarding Celtic investment prospects, Snoop Dogg revealed previous discussions about financial participation.

"Investing in Celtic is something I have talked about in the past and if the opportunity was right I would be down for it," he confirmed.
The musician emphasised he seeks an investment role rather than operational involvement, having already accepted a behind-the-scenes position at Swansea.
His message to Celtic's ownership remains unambiguous - a simple invitation would suffice to begin negotiations about bringing his commercial influence to Scotland's most successful club.
