Lewis Hamilton delivered a pointed remark to Martin Brundle during an interview at Silverstone, creating an awkward moment between the Formula 1 icons.
When Brundle praised Hamilton's iconic photograph in front of Enzo Ferrari's house as "one of the most iconic photographs ever in Formula One," the Ferrari driver responded with a wry smile.
"Thanks man. It means a lot coming from you. You don't have many positive things to always say," Hamilton said.
The pair then spoke over each other as Brundle defended himself, claiming "Well that's not true."

Despite shocking the paddock with a surprise pole position and victory at the Chinese GP Sprint, followed by another podium in Miami, the 40-year-old has failed to replicate these performances in main races.
He has scored 91 points across 11 races and two Sprints without securing a single podium finish in a Grand Prix.
His early results have drawn criticism, with Brundle previously questioning his performances and interactions with the Italian team.
Hamilton expressed hope for success at Silverstone, where he has claimed 12 successive podiums since 2014.
Speaking to media ahead of the weekend, he acknowledged the challenge ahead.
He said: "I really don't know, and I would never want to jinx it. In my heart, I'm hoping for a strong weekend.

Brundle revealed in 2020 that he had helped Hamilton during contract difficulties as a teenager, saying Hamilton's father had faxed him contracts when "everything started to go wrong."
Hamilton later returned the favour by insisting producers include Brundle in the new F1 film, with co-commentator David Croft revealing: "He said, 'If you want to make it authentic commentary, you need Martin and Crofty'."
However, Brundle's recent commentary has been less supportive. He questioned Hamilton's claim about not gelling with the Ferrari, stating: "I'm struggling to buy into that, honestly, but we know Lewis is better. Lewis is faster than that."
