Lewis Hamilton and George Russell missed their post-race interviews as they required medical attention, Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff confirmed.
Neither driver emerged after the race to speak to the media and it has since been confirmed that they were both suffering from 'borderline heatstroke'.
The Singapore Grand Prix is renowned as one of the toughest races for drivers to contend with due to the sweltering heats on the track.
Temperatures in the cockpit can reach to around 50 degrees while drivers can lose a whopping four kilograms in liquid body weight.

Sunday was particularly hot as it reched 32 degrees around the course with 75 per cent humidity and the heat certainly got to Hamilton and Russell.
So much so, that the two Britons were seen to by doctors in the immediate aftermath to the race.
“They did not feel well, borderline heatstroke or something like that but they have had water," Wolff said.
“They would not have been able to go to the [media] pen. There were no bad feelings or any annoyance.
"It is just that we had the doctors with them. But they are all good.”

Mercedes also released a statement: “Unfortunately neither George or Lewis will be attending the media pen this evening as they recover from the exertions from this evening's race."
Russell was seen staggering out of his vehicle after finishing fourth at the Marina Bay Street Circuit and looked extremely dehydrated.
Hamilton could not claim a podium finish, either, on a disappointing day for Mercedes as Lando Norris claimed victory, with Max Verstappen second and Oscar Piastri landing third.

That was despite finishing third in qualifying with the seven-time champion lashing out at his team for poor tyre selection.
Wolff even apologised to Hamilton on the team radio, though insisted that the Silver Arrows faced a mountainous task anyway.

“Yeah Lewis, sorry," he said after the chequered flag.
"We gave you a car that was just not good enough here and obviously, we read the race wrong, but it wouldn't have made a difference. We were just slow today."
