Christian Horner has been cleared for a second time after the female employee who accused him of 'inappropriate behaviour' saw her appeal dismissed.
The Red Bull team principal faced an internal investigation earlier this year with an an external lawyer questioning him over allegations from the woman.
The 50-year-old was eventually cleared of all wrongdoing by the investigation, however the complainant used her right to an appeal soon after the decision in March.
But the appeal has now been thrown out with Horner being cleared for a second time of any wrongdoing.

Red Bull said in a statement: “Earlier this year a complaint raised against Christian Horner was investigated.
“That complaint was dealt with through the company's grievance procedure by the appointment of an independent KC (King's Counsel) who dismissed the grievance.
“The complainant exercised the right to appeal, and the appeal was carried out by another independent KC.
“All stages of the appeal process have now been concluded, with the final outcome that the appeal is not upheld.
“The KC's conclusions have been accepted and adopted by Red Bull. The internal process has concluded.
“The company respects the privacy of all its employees and will not be making further public comment on this matter at this time.
“Red Bull is committed to continuing to meet the highest workplace standards.”
Horner has vehemently denied the allegations made against him when questioned in the media.

The investigation appeared to cause unrest at Red Bull with Jos Verstappen calling for Horner to step down.
The saga also threatened to derail Horner's marriage to Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell, who was said to have been left 'mortified and angry'.
The singer stuck by her husband throughout the process and put on a united front during the initial investigation by appearing at races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
