The female employee who accused former Red Bull Formula 1 boss Christian Horner of sexual harassment has secured employment within the sport again.
Her return comes approximately eighteen months after Red Bull suspended her in March 2024.
Neither the woman, whose identity remains protected, nor her new employer have provided any statement regarding her appointment.
Her absence from the paddock coincided with the period following her suspension by the Milton Keynes-based racing team.

The development emerges as Horner himself remains in discussions with Red Bull regarding his exit package, following his dismissal as team principal in July.
The woman initially contacted Red Bull in December 2023, alleging that Horner had engaged in sexual harassment and exhibited coercive, controlling conduct.

These claims remained confidential until February 2024, when they entered the public domain.
Horner consistently rejected all accusations made against him. Red Bull conducted an internal inquiry that concluded just before the 2024 Formula 1 season commenced, finding no evidence to support the allegations.
Shortly afterwards, WhatsApp exchanges allegedly involving Horner were distributed to prominent figures in Formula 1 and journalists.
When questioned about their authenticity, Horner characterised them as "anonymous, speculative messages from an unknown source".
The woman challenged the initial investigation's findings, prompting Red Bull to undertake a second review, which reached identical conclusions.
Red Bull terminated Horner's employment as team principal in July 2025, though the organisation provided no official rationale for the decision.
The dismissal occurred amid multiple challenges facing the team, including disappointing performance on track, internal management conflicts, and questions surrounding Max Verstappen's commitment to the squad.

The timing of his removal came approximately one year after the harassment allegations first became public knowledge.
Verstappen has subsequently committed to remaining with Red Bull for the 2026 season, having attracted interest from Mercedes.
