Gareth Southgate has unveiled a smattering of changes to his England side to take on Wales in their final group stage game.
Having stuck with the same team for the opening two Group B matches, Southgate brought Phil Foden, Marcus Rashford, Jordan Henderson and Kyle Walker into the starting XI at Ahmed bin Ali Stadium.
Only a four-goal defeat to Wales would see England knocked out and take Robert Page’s side through as the home nations meet at a World Cup for the first time.
Captain Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey both started for Wales after suggestions that one or either could be dropped to the bench.
Danny Ward started in goal with Wayne Hennessey serving a suspension following his red card in Friday’s 2-0 defeat to Iran.
