Darts legend Phil Taylor is readying himself for the October's 2024 World Seniors Darts following his recent operation.
The 64-year-old underwent hip replacement surgery over the summer which saw him require crutches for several weeks.
But there is no putting down The Power for long and he is already looking forward to returning to the oche.
And after breaking his silence on the operation, Taylor has revealed how going under the knife had him feeling very strange after they found that one leg was longer than the other.

Taylor told YO1 Radio: "I had an operation about seven weeks ago.
"Yeah, I'm walking now! It wasn't too bad. A bit sore in the beginning, but just had a few painkillers.
"It was strange. The surgeon said to me, you've got one leg longer than the other and I've levelled you up!
"It does feel strange. It's just incredibly weird."
Taylor has already called time on his professional career with the PDC aftrer his last event in 2018.
And he will completely retire from the sport at the end of the year, hence his desperation to be fit for the World Senior Darts event in October.

The Stoke-born thrower wants to end his career with one last piece of silverware to store in his bulging trophy cabinet.
Taylor added: "I would love to win a Seniors, I've got to be honest.
"I wasn't right before, so hopefully, now that I've had my operation and everything, I can start playing properly.

Taylor is undoubtedly the best darts player of all time after dominating the sport over three decades.

In total, he won 70 PDC Pro Tour events and has won a record 16 World Championships - including a run of eight consecutive victories from 1995 to 2002.
No one else comes close to Taylor's success in the World Championships, with Raymond van Barneveld and Eric Bristow holding the next-most with five each - albeit largely in the BDO era.
Michael van Gerwen has the most from the PDC era with three, while the Dutchman has largely taken Taylor's mantle as the best player in the world, underlining how good the Briton was over his career.
