The 19-year-old beautician shared photographs and videos on social media showing the couple's celebrations in a luxury suite decorated with balloons.
Millar posted a heartfelt tribute to her boyfriend, sharing a selfie of the pair taken inside their car.
"Happy birthday my love. I love you always," she wrote in the accompanying message.
