The duo have been accused of dodging a council tax bill over land being used to house caravans and motorhomes
Tyson Fury's father, John, has arrived at court today after the pair were accused of dodging a £82,000 council tax bill.
The duo, as well as Shane Fury, allegedly owe money to Cheshire East Council.
A report from The Sun on Monday night said the pair face coughing up a massive £82,166.85 for allowing vehicles to park up on land next to their huge mansion in Styal, Cheshire.
The three men reportedly own the property in question, with John living there.

According to Land Registry papers, they therefore have the responsibility of paying the bill.
Should the family refuse to cough up, a bailiff is set to go to the family's home in order to reclaim assets.
John has now been snapped arriving at Chester Magistrates' Court.
The 59-year-old sported a black cap and a big coat as he made his way inside.
The Sun initially thought none of the Furys would attend court today but John has now gone along to get to the bottom of the matter.
Barrister Sarah Robson, a fixed costs specialist at Alpha Court Chambers, was quoted as telling the newspaper: "Often, the first time people realise a liability order has been granted is when bailiffs are sent round.
"Cases are often sent to magistrates in batches of hundreds and sometimes thousands, and they are rubber stamped without real scrutiny."
While John lives at the mansion in Cheshire, son Tyson lives in Morecambe, Lancashire.
Fury also had a big property empire and is believed to own a mansion in Spain.
Past reports have also claimed the Briton owns another grand house in Las Vegas, too.
Fury isn't currently in the country, with the Gypsy King spending time with his family in Saudi Arabia.
The heavyweight champion has been with wife Paris ever since after her 16th birthday.
The pair married in 2008 and celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary last month.
Fury and Paris share seven children together, with Prince Rico Paris Fury born in October.
The 35-year-old is also currently preparing for a blockbuster bout with Oleksandr Usyk.
Yet while Fury wants to win, John said last month his son needed more time to get his mind right in order to come out on top.
"In my opinion, Tyson needs a bit more time to get his conditioning right and his weight right," he stated.
"For my money, his last three fights, I have seen a bit of decline.
"Not a decline in ability but a decline in strength, power and physical condition.
"I don’t know what they are doing up there, you have to address it. He didn’t look himself out in Saudi.
"He didn’t look right, everything had changed about him, his demeanour, his body.
"I was puzzled. He said he had been training but there is training and there is training.

"If you’re going at your own pace no one is going to tell you otherwise, no one is going to offend you or kick you up the backside.
"No one can teach Tyson how to box, or teach him more than he knows.
"All they can do is put some muscle on there and make his body rock solid.
"For my money he looked fat-thin, he should have been better, a bit heavier with a lot more muscle.
"Tyson is a mammoth fella. He needs to power up in the body department and the only way you do that is a proper course and they take time and we don’t have the time."
