Tyson Fury is ready to go against his father's wishes, with the British boxing star revealing to Derek Chisora that he plans to return to the ring.
Back in January, mere weeks after losing to Oleksandr Usyk for a second time, Fury stunned the world by announcing he was quitting the sport - insisting that he'd achieved everything possible.
Fast-forward to now, however, and talk of the 37-year-old making a blockbuster comeback continues to gather pace.
Chisora, speaking to The Sun, claims to have had a conversation with Fury about his plans. The Gypsy King, it seems, is hellbent on facing Usyk for a third time despite last year's difficult encounters.

“I was in Monaco with Tyson, Tyson is coming back. He wants to fight Usyk. ‘The Gypsy King’ is coming back, don’t worry about that," he said.
Should a Fury return materialise, the Briton would risk a row with his father John.
John Fury has made it clear he feels his son shouldn't venture into the ring again, saying in a recent interview that the heavyweight star hasn't been at his best since his trilogy fights with Deontay Wilder.

“No, I don’t want him to return,” John told iFL TV in the aftermath of Joseph Parker’s loss to Fabio Wardley.
“I don’t want to see him like Joe Parker tonight, because sadly, that’s what happens. Father Time creeps up on you.
“Tyson has not been his best since [Deontay] Wilder. The trilogy with Wilder done Wilder completely and took a lot out of Tyson.”

John Fury thinks Tyson Fury hasn't been the same since beating Deontay Wilder
| PABarring the two defeats to Usyk, however, Fury has an unblemished record.
After beating Wilder in 2021, he returned to defend his WBC belt against Dillian Whyte - securing victory via knockout.
In 2023, however, Fury struggled during a bout with Francis Ngannou.
Though he won that night, the Briton was floored and came precariously close to losing the contest.
Meanwhile, there remains the possibility that Fury could fight Anthony Joshua in a seismic showdown next year. Eddie Hearn, speaking earlier this week, threw down the gauntlet by revealing AJ was eager for the clash to happen.
"It's exactly what everybody wanted to hear," Hearn told Sky Sports. "The thing that AJ wants more than anything, is to fight Tyson Fury.
Five facts about boxing that fans might not know | GBNEWS/PA"That is the biggest fight in the sport... I'm hopeful.
"The only thing that is close to that level [for Joshua] is to win the world heavyweight championship again, which is a big motivation for him.
"The plan's very important. The most important thing is making sure he's 110 per cent confident and ready to beat Tyson Fury.
"We need to be able to plan that for AJ to make sure that he's in the best place possible for what will be the biggest moment of his career, I believe.
"If he fights this year, that will be a pure run out. It won't be a top 15 guy. "He's either going to have those two fights before Tyson Fury, if that can get made, or he's going to have the one fight in February.
"We haven't really decided yet but he's keen to get active."
