The duo will do battle in Saudi Arabia on February 17, with millions from all over the world poised to tune in

Tyson Fury showed off his leaner, slimmer physique in a surprise appearance on ITV's Dancing on Ice on Sunday night.

The Briton is currently training ahead of his blockbuster bout with Oleksandr Usyk, with the two men poised to lock horns on February 17.

Fury had originally been due to face Usyk last month.

However, their fight was delayed with the Gypsy King needing more time to recover from his gruelling victory over Francis Ngannou back in October.

Fury appeared on Dancing on Ice on Sunday to wish close friend Ricky Hatton well.

Hatton is competing in the show, with the former boxing star hoping to emulate sports stars such as Kyran Bracken, Beth Tweddle and Nile Wilson in securing the prize.

Fury said: "Hi Rick, Tyson Fury here.

"Taking his time out to wish you massive, massive good luck for Dancing on Ice.

"All the best guys, good luck, do the best - knock them out Rick!"

And Fury, who was shirtless, flexed his muscles as he sent his supportive message to his friend.

There were many who felt he underestimated Ngannou when he faced the 38-year-old nearly three months ago.

But Fury's leaner, slimmer physique shows he's taking his upcoming battle with Usyk seriously as he looks to silence his critics.

The 35-year-old's weight has often been a talking point during the course of his career.

Fury has even previously labelled himself as 'fat', insisting he'll never have the same abs as other boxing stars.

Yet the sight of Fury looking so well bodes well as he looks to rock Usyk next month.

Hatton, meanwhile, recently opened up on the possibility of Fury one day facing Anthony Joshua.

That's something the Dancing on Ice star wants to see happen, despite the obvious difficulties involved.

He told OLBG: "You don’t get a bigger fight.

"It’s one of the biggest fights in British boxing history. It’s a great clash of styles.

"Tyson’s always in entertaining fights, so is AJ, and it was only a couple of fights ago we thought his best days were behind him but in his last couple of fights he has looked really impressive.

"But Tyson on the other hand has been the best heavyweight for a good number of years and I still have him as number one, but we just need to know what Tyson has got left.

"Don’t forget it’s not just the three Wilder fights, it’s the lifestyle he’s had as well where he’s had to lose ten stone in the past and what it does to the body and then having them three wars with Deontay Wilder.

"It might be too many miles on the clock for Tyson or maybe he took him lightly because he didn’t look in the best shape.

"He’s not built like Anthony Johsua, but you can see that he has definitely been in better shape than last time out.

"But I hope we can get it on as it would be a tragedy for British boxing if the biggest fight in British history wasn’t made because they couldn’t make a deal.

"That’d be a crying shame for our sport.

"I edge towards Tyson but I’m not as confident as what I was."
