Tyson Fury and his wife Paris have completed the sale of their seaside property in Morecambe, although the deal went through at a lower figure than they initially hoped for.
The six-bedroom house, which overlooks the bay and was placed on the market in July with an asking price of £800,000, has now sold for £700,000, according to property site Rightmove.
While the couple accepted £100,000 less than they first sought, the sale still represents a healthy profit on their investment.

Alongside its six bedrooms, the house features three bathrooms and expansive views across Morecambe Bay.
It was one of two properties the family owned in the Lancashire seaside town, with the other being a £1.7million mansion they moved into in 2020.
Tyson has often spoken fondly about his adopted hometown, insisting he would never trade Morecambe’s charm for more glamorous locations.

“People say to me, ‘Why don’t you live in California,’” he once said.
“But why would I? I would never leave Morecambe. It’s true beauty.”

Earlier this month, Tyson and Paris renewed their wedding vows in the south of France, celebrating their marriage surrounded by family and close friends.
The couple, who now share seven children, have become familiar faces in Morecambe over the past decade, often seen mixing with locals despite Tyson’s global fame.
Inside the ring, however, the heavyweight’s future remains uncertain.
Fury, 37, has not fought since suffering a second defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, a loss that saw the Ukrainian crowned the unified undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in December.
In the aftermath of that bout, Fury insisted he was stepping away from the sport for good.
Even so, he has left the door slightly ajar for a dramatic return, making it clear that only one fight could tempt him back.

“If I was going to come back, I would come back for Usyk,” Fury said, hinting at the prospect of a third and final showdown between the two.
For now, though, the sale of his Morecambe home adds another chapter to the ongoing evolution of his personal and professional life.
From multimillion-pound mansions to vows of retirement and whispers of a comeback, Fury continues to keep fans guessing both inside and outside the ring.
