Campbell Hatton, the 25-year-old son of late boxing icon Ricky Hatton, has revealed his relationship with Brooke Heaton, whose father, Simon, was one of Ricky's closest companions.
Simon Heaton, a 51-year-old non-league football manager who runs Abbey Hey FC in the North West Counties League Premier Division, has long described the former world champion as his best mate.
The families share deep connections, with Simon's family operating the Harehill Tavern pub where Ricky was a regular visitor throughout his life.
Simon featured prominently in the 2023 documentary film 'Hatton', appearing alongside four other close friends of the boxer to discuss his remarkable sporting abilities and their decades-long friendship.
The couple made their romance public in recent days through social media posts.
Brooke, 22, marked Campbell's birthday on Friday with a heartfelt Instagram message, accompanied by several photographs of the pair together.
She wrote in the touching tribute: "Happy birthday, Campbell. You are so special. Have the best day, I love u."
The couple celebrated the festive period together, with Brooke joining Campbell and his relatives for a New Year getaway.

Campbell stepped away from professional boxing in 2025, finishing his career with a record of 14 wins and two defeats, and now earns his living fitting solar panels, having left the spotlight to grieve privately following his father's death.
The former fighter has a seven-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
In his reflective social media post, Campbell suggested Brooke is playing a crucial role in helping him piece his life back together after such profound loss.
He wrote: "Lost the people close to me as well myself for most of it but started getting things back together over the last few weeks. Long way to go still but here's to a better 2026."
Campbell has also resumed training at the boxing gym alongside his uncle Matthew, a former fighter who now coaches.
