Tyson Fury is reportedly involved in a row with neighbours over his dream £4million mansion as his fight with Oleksandr Usyk creeps closer.
The Gypsy King is currently preparing for that clash, with millions from all over the world expected to tune in.
However, as the battle nears, Fury is said to be encountering issues outside of the ring.
According to The Sun, the 35-year-old is facing 'further knockbacks' to his dream £4m home after neighbours objected.

Bats were supposedly found in the loft of the property last year, causing an infuriating delay in the process.
Locals in Cheshire have apparently objected, saying plans for the property will have a 'significant visual impact'.
However, Fury has the backing of local councillor Chris Hilliard. Hilliard is quoted as saying: “The property as drawn would be a large improvement over the current property.”
A source added: “Tyson feels like he’s having to jump through a lot of hurdles.
"But he’s determined to see it through.”
Fury wants planning approval for the mansion.
But he isn't expected to leave his current property in Morecambe, with the boxing star and his family settled and happy living in the area.
It's an awkward issue for Fury, however, and one he will be hoping doesn't get in the way of his preparations for his fight with Usyk.
The Briton goes into that contest with a huge point to prove, having toiled against Francis Ngannou back in October.
Fury was knocked down in round three of that bout, leaving the world left stunned.
And though he won via split decision, some feel he's an athlete on the wane as he enters the twilight years of his career.
Others have also scrutinised Fury for his weight.
Though he's never cared much for a six-pack, the Gypsy King was accused of looking overweight for his narrow victory over Ngannou.
Yet Spencer Oliver, speaking to iFL TV, insists Fury will be 'in the shape of his life' for his clash with Usyk.
"Tyson Fury, trust me, will be in the shape of his life going into this fight with Oleksandr Usyk," he said.

"Because he knows what he’s going into. Forget that performance against Francis Ngannou.
“You won’t see that again because that was Tyson Fury [not prepared].
"When you don’t have a fear factor as a fighter, you might cut a few corners training because you think, ‘This geezer has never boxed before.'
“I’m going to play around with him [Ngannou] and put a bit of a shown on and I’m going to have this undisputed fight,’ and it went horribly wrong for Fury because get obviously didn’t recognise how good Ngannou was.
"That was Fury underestimating and having no fear factor.

“You won’t see Fury like that again. I think size is going to be a huge factor in the fight, and Fury has got a great boxing IQ as well.
