Anthony Joshua has posted footage of himself training for the first time since the devastating road accident in Nigeria that claimed the lives of two close friends.
The 36-year-old former world heavyweight champion uploaded clips to Snapchat showing him working the pads with a trainer and putting in effort on a stationary bike.
Joshua labelled the workout footage "mental strength therapy" as he continues his recovery from the December 29 tragedy.
The compilation also featured the boxer completing lower body exercises and using a pool as part of his rehabilitation programme.

The accident occurred on a major road near Lagos when the vehicle carrying Joshua and his companions collided with a stationary lorry.
Strength and conditioning coach Sina Ghami and trainer Latif "Latz" Ayodele were killed in the crash.
Joshua, who was holidaying in Nigeria following his victory over Jake Paul in Miami just ten days earlier, sustained injuries and was pulled from the wreckage.

The Watford-born boxer spent New Year's Day in hospital before being discharged two days after the incident.
Lagos state commissioner for information Gbenga Omotoso confirmed at the time that Joshua was "deemed clinically fit to recuperate from home".
Joshua paid an emotional tribute to his late friends, describing them as "great men" whose significance he had not fully appreciated during their time together.
He said: "I didn't even realise how special they are. I'll just be walking with them and cracking jokes with them, not even knowing God kept me in the presence of great men."

The boxer acknowledged his own struggles whilst recognising the greater pain felt by the families of those who died.
"It's tough for me, but I know it's even tougher for their parents," Joshua added. "May God have mercy on my brothers."
He concluded his video by reiterating his "My Brother's Keeper" commitment to support the relatives of Ghami and Ayodele.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has indicated he expects Joshua to eventually resume his boxing career, though he stressed the fighter must be given space to heal.

The promoter said: "What happened to him is not normal and heartbreaking for all involved."
