Sophie and the future King travelled to Cornwall together for the engagement

The Duchess of Edinburgh wore an £855 suede skirt whilst knocking back gin shots with Prince William in Cornwall today.

Sophie, 60, opted for a new Paige Terrassa suede A-line skirt in the colour "toffee", which retails for £855.

She paired this skirt with a Vince Band collar silk blouse in pink, that Sophie first debuted in 2023.

Unfortunately for royal fans, this pink garment is no longer in stock.

The Duchess of Edinburgh accessorised by carrying a Sophie Habsburg "Paola" bag in green, which she first debuted in 2024. This handbag is also no longer in stock.

Finally, Sophie donned a pair of Giulia Barela "Poetica" small hoop earrings that will set royal fans back £147.

The Duchess of Edinburgh visited the Royal Cornwall Show today with her husband's nephew, Prince William, who is also the heir to the throne.

The aunt and nephew duo were photographed trying the local cider and gin at the Food and Farming Pavilion.

The pavilion showcases dozens of Cornwall's finest artisan food and drink producers.

The Prince of Wales notably held his neck after tasting the strong gin, prompting the Duchess of Edinburgh to burst out laughing.

The pavilion features an array of Cornish specialities including cheeses, preserves and spirits.

Sophie and William attended the event to celebrate Cornish heritage through agriculture, food and entertainment.

The Royal Cornwall Show, which has been running for more than two centuries, is organised by the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association.

It aims to promote agriculture and related industries across the region.

The venue hosts annual awards, including best newcomer and the overall Cornish Food Champion.

This helps celebrate the region's thriving food and drink industry.
