Sarah Ferguson has claimed that she "does not know" Meghan Markle, in a move that looks to contradict claims made by the Sussexes.
The Duchess of York told the Telegraph: "I don’t really know Meghan.
"I haven’t really met her."
However, the claim contradicts statements made by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
The couple has claimed that Sarah Ferguson has been one of the friendlier members of the Royal Family.

The Sussexes also claimed to have had drinks with Sarah at her home in The Royal Lodge.
Prince Harry claimed in his autobiography Spare that Sarah Ferguson taught Meghan Markle how to curtsey ahead of her first meeting with Queen Elizabeth II.
The Sussexes also made the curtsey claim during their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Sarah Ferguson did say that she spoke to the Duchess of Sussex at the Queen's funeral in September, adding: 'She looked absolutely beautiful. I think she is beautiful.’
It comes as Sarah Ferguson refused to criticise Meghan Markle and Prince Harry over Megxit.
Sarah Ferguson said: "I don't believe that any single person has the right to judge another person.

She continued during her interview with PEOPLE: "I have been judged all my life, and I have no judgment on the Sussexes."
Fergie added: "I think that Diana would be incredibly proud of her grandchildren. And not just the Sussex grandchildren, but Will's children."
