Sarah Ferguson is in the midst of a "housing crisis" as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will reportedly not offer a permanent solution for the former Duchess of York.
Fergie, 66, has yet to find a new property, having refused to move in with her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
A friend of Ms Ferguson told the Mail that she will have to "lower her expectations" about the standard of her next home after living in the Grade II-listed mansion Royal Lodge since 2008.
Andrew is set to move to Marsh Farm in Sandringham after visiting the property over the weekend.

Work has been moving at a fast pace around their father's new home of Marsh Farm, which now has extra security and is surrounded by six-foot fences.
A friend said: "It was the first time he's seen his new house, and he is resigned to the fact that this is his future.
"He's come to the conclusion that he has to get on with the rest of his life and accepts he has to make the best of it," they told the Sun.
Until the renovation works are complete, it is believed he will occupy a smaller house on the Sandringham estate.

Andrew is set to move to Marsh Farm in the near future.

The property sits approximately two miles from Sandringham's main residence, and authorities extended the estate's drone prohibition zone in December to encompass Marsh Farm.
"He'll probably have to live in Sandringham House until Marsh Farm is finished," a source told the Mail.
Multiple members of Andrew's staff are being paid off, rather than moving with the former royal to his new lodgings.
