Queen Camilla has pulled out of the Duchess of Kent's funeral this afternoon as she is suffering with a health issue.
The Queen is recovering from acute sinusitis and Buckingham Palace has confirmed she will not be in attendance at Westminster Cathedral for the service.
Buckingham Palace said in a statement released this afternoon: "With great regret, Her Majesty The Queen has withdrawn from attendance at this afternoon’s Requiem Mass for The Duchess of Kent as she is recovering from acute sinusitis.
"Her thoughts and prayers will be with The Duke of Kent and all the family."

The full list of members of the Royal Family who are attending the Duchess of Kent’s funeral at Westminster Cathedral this afternoon has been confirmed.
Senior royals will attend the Requiem Mass this afternoon in what will be the first Catholic funeral service for a member of the monarchy since Westminster Cathedral’s construction in 1903.

The Duke of Kent, Katherine’s husband, and their children all attended a vigil for the Duchess of Kent last night and will be at the front of the funeral service in Westminster Cathedral.
Prince Harry has decided not to attend the funeral and has flown back to the US following his four-day visit to the UK last week.
The Duke of Sussex sent his condolences privately to the family of the Duchess of Kent following her death earlier this month.
The Requiem Mass will be conducted by the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Vincent Nichols, with additional participation by Bishop James Curry, Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster, and the Dean of Windsor.
Following the Mass, the coffin will be taken by hearse to the Royal Burial Ground at Frogmore, Windsor.

The Duchess of Kent leaves behind three children and 10 grandchildren, including popular model Lady Amelia Windsor.
The couple's three children are George, Earl of St Andrews, 63, Lady Helen Taylor, 61, and Lord Nicholas Windsor, 55.
Katherine became the first senior member of the Royal Family to publicly convert to Catholicism since the Act of Settlement, which bars Catholics from the line of succession.
She converted with Queen Elizabeth's permission, who saw it as a personal matter of faith.
Her final public appearance was last October at Kensington Palace, to watch the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards honour The Duke of Kent’s 89th birthday.
