King Charles and his wife recently travelled to Kenya

Queen Camilla's health is "under strain", according to a health expert, as she was spotted with her hands shaking in Kenya.

The King and Queen just completed a royal tour to Kenya that lasted four days, where they each carried out several engagements.

But Camilla, 76, appeared "under strain" at times, according to a personal trainer who spoke exclusively to GB News.

The Queen's hands were seen shaking during a visit to Situation Room in Kenya, where she met staff, volunteers and survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.

Sarah Campus, a Women's Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach spoke exclusively to GB News to explain whether the stress of the tour was a contributing factor.

She said: "The impact of Queen Camilla performing such strenuous global tours at her age can put a strain on her physical and mental health."

Queen Camilla is 76-years-old, but is still expected to carry out numerous engagements as King Charles's wife.

Campus added: "The duties that the Queen needs to carry out so far from home will certainly increase her levels of stress.

"This could result in physical, social and psychological problems.

"Furthermore, this could, in fact, contribute to her hands shaking."

According to the health expert, the travelling as well as the several engagements could have taken their toll on the Queen's health.

The flight between London and Nairobi lasts eight hours and 40 minutes on average.

Campus continued: "Not just the duties she carries out whilst in Kenya but the travelling itself could increase her cortisol levels, change in temperatures and altitude on her body may not be ideal for someone of her age."

The King and Queen travelled back home to London on Friday, November 3.

They will have a busy November and December schedule in the lead-up to King Charles's first royal Christmas since his Coronation.
