Priscilla Presley's spokesman has firmly rejected claims that Sarah Ferguson has been staying with her, as the former duchess's whereabouts are still unknown.
"It's totally false," the representative confirmed.
Ms Ferguson's representatives declined to comment on the matter.
The denial follows a Page Six report, which suggested the 66-year-old had been relying on friends for accommodation, with Ms Presley named among them.

The speculation emerged after Ms Ferguson and her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, were required to leave Royal Lodge in Windsor following King Charles's decision to remove his brother's royal titles in October 2025.
Ms Ferguson has not been accused of any wrongdoing connected to Epstein, but the confirmation by the spokesman to People seems to confirm she is not staying with the Presley's.
The former duchess has not appeared in public since December 2025, and her precise location remains unknown.
Reports indicate she has spent recent months at wellness facilities abroad.
According to the Mail, Ms Ferguson checked into Paracelsus Recovery, a luxury rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland, shortly after Christmas, staying until late January.
She subsequently travelled to Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa, a remote retreat in Donegal, Ireland, in February.
She had previously described this stretch of Irish coastline as a sanctuary in a 2024 TikTok video.
Finding accommodation in New York has reportedly proved challenging for the former duchess, despite her history of visiting the city and staying with friends there.

The former royal suffered a further blow this week when the City of York voted unanimously to revoke her Freedom of the City honour.
She and Andrew had received the distinction during a visit in 1988, a year after their wedding.

Claire Douglas, leader of City of York Council, stated that the decision stemmed from renewed scrutiny of Ms Ferguson's past association with Epstein.
"Honorary Freedom is bestowed only on persons of distinction and those having given eminent services to the City of York," Ms Douglas told the BBC.
"Those who continued to associate with Epstein after his crimes became widely known fall well short of these expectations."
The council leader described the removal as "the right decision to take to maintain the integrity and standing of this important York honour."
Andrew had his Freedom of the City stripped in April 2022.

The former duchess referred to Lisa Marie as her "sissy" following her death at 54 in January 2023 and delivered a speech at her memorial service at Graceland, quoting the late Queen Elizabeth: "Grief is the price we pay for love."
In December 2025, Ms Ferguson's spokesperson dismissed suggestions she might move to an annex at Princess Beatrice's country home, whilst staying with Princess Eugenie in Portugal was also ruled out.
"She is assessing a number of options currently and no final decision has been made," her spokesman told People at the time.
Following the October eviction announcement, a source indicated Ms Ferguson intended to establish a "separate home" from her former husband, adding: "She will continue to forge an independent life."
